Malfunction / Loss / Theft

If you have lost your registered wristband, you can block your credit. Depending on the event, your ticket may be collected. Since a loss of Cashless credit is equivalent to a loss of money, we recommend you take a photo of your ticket or wristband. In short: Without a ticket code or a wristband ID, we cannot block your credit. The same goes for broken or stolen wristbands.
