I have lost my festival wristband, what can I do?

If you lose your festival wristband, please contact the help desk without delay and show proof of identity together with your original ticket. We can best help if you have created a cashless account and registered your ticket number. This will also mean there is no problem with blocking the wristband and it minimises misuse by others. If we can identify you, we will transfer your cashless credit and festival access information to the new wristband.
