When an amount is debited on your credit card, Postcard, Twint account or Sofort transfer, but you do not find a corresponding order in your Starticket account and have not received any confirmation email, it might be, that the amount has only been authorized, which means reserved, by your bank.
Authorizations happen when there is a communication problem between Starticket's servers and those of your bank. This communication problem might be caused by the parameters used in your anti virus program. To avoid this problem Starticket must be added to your anti virus program as a reliable address. Should there be an authorised amount on your account you are kindly requested to place a new order as well as to inform us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can cancel this authorised amount.
Important: An order is only then properly executed when you receive the corresponding confirmation email (please always check your Spam also) und when you find the order in your Startikcet account.
