Delivery Option: Print at Home

Print at Home tickets can be reprinted at any time from your account until the venue is over. 

 

Delivery Option: By Post

If you have received your tickets but then lost them, kindly contact us here. Please also do so if you have not received your ticktes at all, for example because the address in your Starticket account was not up to date.

Please always mention the order number.

 

Purchase at an Official Starticket Retailer

If you bought your tickets anonymously please contact us here and mention the order number or, if you do not remember it, tell us what tickets you bought, as well as when and where you bought them. Please also add a scan of your ID or passport.
