Which events are affected?

Current information from the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH

Will the money now be refunded automatically?

No. Many organizers try to postpone the event to a new date. We will inform you about the next steps by email if there are any changes. Customers who have purchased tickets at a point of sale can check the status of the event on www.seetickets.ch

I have not yet received an e-mail from See Tickets. What do I have to do?

First check which e-mail address is stored in your See Tickets account. Then verify whether the e-mail is possibly in your spam folder. All cancelled and postponed events can also be checked on www.seetickets.ch. If you have not received any information, then we are still in clarification with the organizers or the event is taking place.

I have concluded a ticket protection policy, will the ticket price be refunded?

The ticket price will only be refunded if the reason for the cancellation is insured. This also includes illness from Covid-19 and official quarantine orders. For further information, please consult the General Terms and Conditions of Allianz Assistance. You can submit a claim on www.allianz-protection.com.

What are the precautionary measures when an event takes place?

The organiser decides on the precautionary measures and the certificate requirement. Please consult his website regularly. If you have any questions about the protection plan, please contact the organiser directly.
